Another Unpaid Overtime Lawsuit - This Time Against Activision

Following the settlement of two recent class action suits brought against E.A. by its employees, ActiVision’s California-based computer graphics employees are now suing their employer alleging it too has failed to pay overtime compensation as required by California law. The complaint, brought on behalf of
, alleges that Activision unlawfully classifies its computer graphics employees as “exempt” from California’s laws requiring overtime pay.
June 2008 Update: This case has subsequently settled.
