My clients include Canadian and U.S. start-up, post-IPO and large public technology companies engaged chiefly in the information technology, video game, Internet, e-commerce and life sciences industries. I assist technology creators with initial business formation, business development, strategic partnerships and product/services sales, distribution & licensing. On the other side, I assist a wide variety of clients in the acquisition and licensing of technology-related, products and services.
