This is the website of Dale Dietrich. I am lawyer licensed to practice in both Ontario and California. My legal services support the business and commercial needs of technology creators and users.

During my fourteen-plus year career, I have served Canadian and U.S. start-up through to post-IPO technology companies engaged chiefly in the information technology, video game, Internet, e-commerce and life sciences industries. I assist technology creators with initial business formation, business development, strategic partnerships and product/services sales, distribution & licensing. On the other side, I assist a wide variety of clients in the acquisition and licensing of technology-related, products and services.
